This is a referral program for family, friends, and colleagues.

• Referral STEMedge Academy credits ($15.00CDN) will be applied to the New Referred Customer’s first tuition for learning services.

• Referring Customer will receive $50.00CDN STEMedge Academy credits when the New Referred Customer purchases $400.00CDN of learning, coaching, and programming services from STEMedge Academy Inc. 

• The Referring Customer and the New Referred Customer’s account must be current and in good standing to receive STEMedge Academy Inc. credits. 

• Referring Customer can refer new family members, friends, and colleagues who are not current customers/clients of STEMedge Academy Inc. 

• If there is more than one New Referred Customer, the balance and sum of STEMedge Academy Inc. credits will be applied to the next tuition billing for the Referring Customer. 

• Only one Referring Customer will receive the $50.00CDN STEMedge Academy credit for each Referred Customer. If the same Referred Customer has been referred by multiple Referring Customers, STEMedge Academy reserves the right to choose which Referring Customer the $50.00CDN STEMEdge Academy credit is applied to. 

• Either current customer/client of STEMedge Academy Inc. can identify the family, friend, or colleague they are referring to or the New Referred Customer can identify the source of the referral. 

• There is no limit to the number of referrals from the Referring Customer.

• STEMedge Academy Inc.’s referral program is subject to review or suspension at any time.  

• STEMedge Academy Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you.  

• STEMedge Academy Inc. may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program at any time without notice.  

• STEMedge Academy Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any customer/clients or prospective customer/client at any time from participation in the Referral Program.

• Liability Clauses:  By participating in the Referral Program, you agree and are bound to the Referral Program Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to and abide by the Referral Program’s Terms and Conditions in its entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Referral Program.  By participating in STEMedge Academy Inc. Referral Program, customers/clients releases, STEMedge Academy Inc., its affiliates, instructors, educators, coaches, mentors, contractors, suppliers, and its directors, founder, officers, agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, and expenses, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Referral Program and/or the use of an Referral Program rewards and credits.  Indemnification: Customers/Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold STEMedge Academy Inc. and its representatives, contractors, and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and cost, arising from, or related to any breach by the customer/client or prospective customer/client of the Referral Program Terms and Conditions. 

• The Referral Program Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Customer/Client and prospective Customer/Client and STEMedge Academy Inc. The Referral Program Terms and Conditions will begin upon our acceptance of Referred Customer’s New Referring Customer and will end when terminated by either party.  Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination.  Notice by email, to your address on records, is considered sufficient notice to terminate this Agreement.
